About / founder-led by design

SECURITYWITHOUT THEATER.

Technical depth, operational empathy, and advice built to survive contact with the real environment.

NCFOUNDER / OPERATOR

Nathan Carrasco

Cybersecurity informed by more than a decade inside the systems being defended.

Nathan Carrasco is an IT Security Analyst and infrastructure practitioner with experience spanning security operations, systems administration, network engineering, endpoint defense, cloud administration, and senior technical support.

Before founding Cinderstrike Security, Nathan worked across public-sector, healthcare, technology, and service organizations—including senior roles supporting complex environments where reliability and security had to coexist with day-to-day operations.

That operating background shapes Cinderstrike: investigate deeply, explain clearly, and recommend controls a real team can own.

How Cinderstrike works

01

Proof before volume.

A smaller set of validated findings beats a long list your team cannot prioritize.

02

Context before control.

The right recommendation depends on the business, the environment, and the humans operating it.

03

Transfer before exit.

Good consulting leaves the client more capable, not more dependent.
