We collect only what we need to respond.

When you submit a consultation request, Cinderstrike stores the information you provide so we can evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell consultation data.

Information collected

Name, contact details, organization, service interest, planning range, and the message you choose to send. A one-way hash derived from the source address is retained for short-term abuse prevention.

Retention and access

Consultation records are accessible only through the protected administrative area and are retained only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
